EDDY PIERRE PIERRE, ESQ.
Eddy Pierre Pierre is an attorney and owner of American Disability Advocates, a company dedicated exclusively to representing disabled clients on claims for Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits. He is an expert in the field of Social Security Disability law and well respected in the legal community. He began his career over twenty (20) years ago working as an attorney for a national social security disability company representing clients at disability hearings throughout the country. His leadership and expertise in disability law was quickly recognized and he was appointed as Senior Counsel responsible for oversight and development of clients’ disability claims nationally, which meant ensuring evidence was obtained and legal theories of disability properly developed and argued at hearings before administrative law judges. Mr. Pierre Pierre was also responsible for training and oversight of disability attorneys nationally and his expertise remains well respected among his peers.
Early in his career, Mr. Pierre Pierre recognized that the Social Security Administration seemed to systematically deny claimants’ disability applications at every level of appeal without a full and fair evaluation of the medical evidence. So, in addition to representing clients before Social Security administrative law judges, he began suing the Social Security Administration on behalf of his clients in federal district courts for wrongful denial of disability claims. His decades of experience suing the government afford him a unique perspective of what is required to increase the likelihood of success in disability claims. This is because when federal court judges issue decisions in favor of claimants, they often provide specific guidance and interpretation of disability law that is always helpful on rehearings of claims, and in development of claims generally.
Mr. Pierre Pierre has been practicing Social Security Disability law for over twenty (20) years and has successfully represented hundreds of clients at administrative hearings and in federal district courts throughout the country. He is a graduate of the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and is licensed to practice law in the states of Florida and New York, as well as many federal district courts throughout the country. Mr. Pierre Pierre is also a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives and keeps abreast of the law by regularly attending Social Security Disability law conferences and seminars. In addition, he has obtained continuing legal education (“CLE”) certification and hosted many CLE conferences wherein he has taught various aspects of disability law, lectured and conducted workshop seminars for conference attendees.
